Circle, Line

Ordinary coffee barely has an effect on me, but I drank something RedBull like today and woah, that stuff doesn't usually kick in like this, either. Now I'm all jittery, but the last few hours I've been writing, writing, writing. It's only 5000 something words, but it feels like more.

Also, I'm not sure if it's any good, because it was Eight/Master first but then turned into flashback mode and told a Nine/Cheetah!Master story (look, they're time travellers, you totally can tell a flashback to a future regeneration of one character interacting with a past regeneration of another!) I've never written Eccleston Doctor before.

And I have the vague feeling that one element of the story is something I picked up somewhere else. Was there ever a story titled "Circle, Line" or "Line, Circle"? Possibly an SGA story? Or maybe it's just a similar title or I'm imagining things.

Hmmm... I feel all impatient now, and I would like a second opinion on the beginning so I know it's not all crap. I'll send you the Nine/Master bit (which comes in later in the story and is what you originally volunteered to do, right?) and try to find someone who maybe knows Eight (because I've listened to exactly one audio so far and that's not much either... but it'll be hard to find a beta who does.)
