I hadn't quite thought about it until reading this, but I agree about "Both Sides Now" feeling like a continuation of "House's Head"/"Wilson's Heart". I imagine the show will go with Kutner's death being what's apparently pushed House over the edge, but what if it does have to do with the messing around with House's brain that went on in "Wilson's Heart"? Again, it didn't cross my mind until this post, but I'm liking the idea. (Possibly this may have to do with it leading to all sorts of Wilson angst, which is always one of my favourite things ever.)
