I don't know anything about Kara's origin, either *shrugs* Usually it's "was rocketed into space as well but arrived much later" - in any case, since we saw her slinky silver panties on that heap of clothes, which sure looked alien, she probably arrived or woke up only recently. (But why now? Was she living underwater until now, but seeing Lex alerted her to the wonders of the surface world?)
