(No sex with Victoria and marriages to Desiree or Helen too, I take it?)
No Victoria and Helen - Flash!Lex has had sex, but he isn't enjoying it enough with normal people for him to actively seek it out. Desiree is a different matter, I think they did marry and she was just supremely annoyed with him, but went for it anyways because of the money.
Any AU of Lex getting other mutant powers from the meteor shower is not complete without Lionel torture. Lol. Don't start on how unoriginal the plot is. It's the quintessential Clark-breaks-Lex-out-of-Belle-Reve fic.
I wrote the scene with the bridge and the Porsche (many months ago, in the first version of this story), and agonized about it, too. But in the end, I just think Lex went the Clark-route: he pushed him out of the way and then said, "It happened so fast, you must have gotten confused!" and Clark knew it wasn't true but went along with it because he knew what it's like to have to lie. Clark got Jonathan to tell him about his origins after he fought with one of the meteor mutants, I guess, maybe right in Pilot, or in "Hourglass", after the disturbing "I can't die" vision.
