Interesting fic. There are some things I'm a bit iffy about, such as how your Bart here still seems to be giving off that young!Bart vibe (as opposed to the older version of Bart who's now the Flash) and eh, I think they'd have to try a bit harder to capture Lex, but maybe he just let himself be captured. I always adore SV/DCU x-overs, though, especially when they involve Kon. :)
