I know that Clark is being high-handed and a busybody here, but I'm with him in his worry about the contract. Actually, I think Clark is being pretty nice for Superman standards (and considering his shared history with Lex!)
Poor Lex and his need to back up his memory! If I was Lex (or anyone living in SV), I would so do this.
