I'm still computerless at home and still extremely busy uni-wise. (Why is it so f***ing cold in this damn computer room? It's freezing outside, there's no need to cool the room as well!!!)
I'm now an expert in the uni's computer facilities. As expected, The Biology Department has the best computers (fast and pretty and everything), whereas the English Department sucks in this aspect. Their computer room is never used by anyone, half of the PCs are dismantled, and they use Linux, which may be great and everything, but is slow and butt ugly (maybe it's an old version, because it looks the same as it did in the nineties, which is the last time I saw a Linux system). Well, at least you get free internet as a student!
Having no internet at home is so far less horrible than I feared it would be, mainly because I don't really have time to waste anyways. I wrote a little bit on "Devil's Deal", but usually when I get to writing I'm too tired to be very creative. Taking the train has led me to acquire some comics, mainly a JLA book (which is pretty, but the German translation is searing my eyes. Who the hell does these? OMG, I know what I want to do in life! Translating comic books!!) and a TPB of "52" which is so damn good that not even the German translation can harm it. *loves 52*
This random and pointless post was brought to you by painkillers. Which I already took too many of.
